Lava Rock (Hawaii)
Lava Rock is the product of a volcanic eruption. As the Lava cools down after an explosion and then solidifies, Lava Rock is formed. Lava Rock therefore carries a deeply grounded energy while energising us to move forward. it is said that Lava Rock comes to heal us when we have metaphorically ‘been through the fire.’ It carries the resilience and endurance which is forged through raw earth and fire. It therefore has a calming effect as we know we can survive whatever is thrown at us in life.
